Refund Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your product and have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. But if you are not completely happy, we do accept returns according to the below conditions. Please ensure you hold on to your proof of purchase as it is required for returns and exchanges. Requests need to be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Upon receipt of the returned products, refunds will be issued using your original payment method unless paid with cash in-store. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Items can be returned in-store or by mail.

To return your product, mail items to: MUD & MUSK, 2 Park Road Crawley, Perth WA 6009, Australia. If products are worth more than $75, a tracking number is required. The additional cost for providing tracking will be reimbursed according to the conditions below.

Damage/Faulty or Incorrect Products

Whilst we take great care and do our best, mistakes can unfortunately happen. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or if the items were incorrect, we will provide a full refund or exchange; you may be requested to provide photographic evidence to aid a speedy resolution. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item and you will not need to pay for shipping of a replacement.


It is important to always use our products as directed on the packaging. In the rare case that you skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please discontinue use of the product and seek medical advice. Upon receipt of a proof of reaction, we will provide a full refund of the product as well as the shipping charge to return the product.

Change of Mind

For ‘change of mind’ returns, items must be returned “as new”. This means in its original packaging and in its original saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the original product and, if requesting an exchange, to ship the new product to you.
